Created for the AFI Fanbook Project from the DF boards.
Sorry the pictures are so crappy but I alsmot forget to take them at all before I shipped the card across the pond to the UK.

Top picture is the front, bottom is the back.

If you can't tell, I used brown paper bags and newspapers to write, paint on and the card is made out of a folder file for a stronger, more durable card.
I expect AFI to hold onto this book forever so I wanted my card to last just as long.

The writing on the front reads as follows:
